A leading New jersey soccer official. Kelly, who was born in Ireland and moved to American in his 30s in 1955, was a founding member of the New Jersey Youth Soccer Association and was prominent in New Jersey youth soccer for years. He served as national chairman of the McGuire Cup, a member of the executive board of the United States Youth Soccer Association and a member of the board of directors of the United States Soccer Federation. Inducted in 1994.
