President of the Greater Los Angeles Soccer League from 1952 to 1958. Kozma, who was born in Hungary, had a long career as a player and coach in Los Angeles area soccer before getting into administration. He held the title of honorary president of the Greater Los Angeles Soccer League for years after serving as its president. A member of the board of the Southern California Soccer Association from 1953 to 1955. Inducted in 1964.
