A great historian of American soccer. Foulds was historian of the United States Soccer Federation from 1972 to 1994 and historical consultant to the National Soccer Hall of Fame from 1979 to 1994. Earlier, he had been an official of teams and leagues in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for decades, including serving as president of the Eastern Massachusetts League, the Boston and District League, the Massachusetts State League and the New England League. Inducted in 1969.
