Referee who officiated in the American Soccer League and the North American Soccer League. Webb, who was born in England and emigrated to the United States in 1966 at the age of 30, served as president of the Washington state association, vice president of the U.S. Soccer Federation and chairman of the U.S. Soccer Federation’s National Referees Committee. Inducted in 1987.
