An administrator in southern New England from the 1940s to the 1970s. Morrissette was secretary of the Southern New England Soccer Football Association beginning in 1949 and was a national cup commissioner for the USSFA. He served as vice president and treasurer of the Fall River District Soccer league, secretary-treasurer of the Inter-State Soccer League and secretary-treasurer of the New England Soccer League. Inducted in 1967.
