Abby Wambach

Player, Class of 2019 Inductee

Wambach, who was the all-time leading goal scorer in women’s international soccer, played in four World Cups and two Olympic Games culminating in 255 full international appearances for the United States between her national team debut in 2001 and her final game in 2015. In 2013, she was named to the U.S. national women’s team all-time Best XI chosen by the USSF.

Sunil Gulati

Builder, Class of 2019 Inductee

Gulati was president of the U.S. Soccer Federation from 2006 through 2018. He was elected in 2006 and re-elected in 2008 and 2012. He guided U.S. Soccer during a period when the U.S. Women’s National Team won two World Cups and the Men reached the Quarterfinals in 2002.
