Midfielder who played for the United States in the 1930 World Cup in Uruguay. Tracey played all three United States games in that World Cup but was unable to play the second half of the semifinal against Argentina after suffering a knee injury 20 minutes into the game. Played for several St. Louis clubs and reached the final of the U.S. Open Cup in 1926 with Ben Millers. Inducted in 1986.
